Unfortunately, as much as we would like to offer our clients a guarantee, we can not. As everyone knows the real estate business is ever-changing and properties get rented extremely quickly. We do however offer you our "SPS Assurance" that we will work to satisfactorily meet your goals to the best of our ability.
Our initial consultation over the phone is FREE, however there is a $5 service fee for coming into the office.

Documents can be electronically sent via email or fax. We pride ourselves on having the fastest turn around time when it comes to getting results back. Results are usually returned within 24 - 48 hours.
A Criminal History or Background Check is a 5-7 year (further if requested), “Hands On’ search of records that includes both misdemeanor and felony convictions. You are provided with all available information of convictions including charges, offense date, conviction date, dispositions and sentencing and any extra information that are available from the courts.
A Credit check includes a report of any accounts that you have financed, or any debts that you have accumulated over time either paid, unpaid, and open or closed accounts.
You will receive 7 day access to new property searches with updates provided during that time period.
We offer additional services that include scheduling appointments with the owner/manager to view and/or apply for a property.
